  • Cancellation policy

    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend to WFCS 2024 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at contactWFCS@inviteo.fr  
    • Cancellation notice received before 17 March, 2024 : 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received after 18 March, 2024: no refund

  • Data Processing

    The information entered into this registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the Local Organizing Committee to manage the logistic organisation of WFCS 2024.
