  • Important information

    • The meeting fee includes 10% VAT and covers access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome cocktail and social dinner.
    • Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer
    • Students must upload a valid proof of their student status

    Cancellation policy:
    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend to WFCS 2024 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at contactWFCS@inviteo.fr  :
    • Cancellation notice received before 17 March, 2024 : 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received after 18 March, 2024: no refund
